I wouldn’t expect many, if any, changes for 2021. They did a mid cycle update for ‘20 (frame updates/new brakes/head). Should be a new platform in ‘22

Minor changes coming for the 2021 YZ450F. It'll be close to the same bike as the 20.

The 2021 YZ250F however will be receiving some noticeable changes.

Will 2021 bikes be coming out this year? I think all 2021 models will be pushed back a year because of covid 19.

Like the others have already said, i wouldn't expect much for the 21. The new gen platform is coming in 22 so the 21 will probably a 20 with small tweaks at best.

I would get a 20 now.

False. Whatever manufacturers had planned for 2021 is going to come out. However Yamaha probably didn’t make any major changes for the 450.

No 2021 is set already set and production could have already started. If covid will have an affect on bike changes it will be 2022. The quantity of 2021's may be low due to factory closures.
