2021 Fantic XX125 two stroke

Fantic jumps into the two stroke market with a hybrid Yamaha/Fantic 125. Frame and suspension are Yamaha, the base engine is also Yamaha but significantly modified. Plastic is Fantic's own design. Hope you like red, white and black. Wink

Hopefully the body work will bolt up to the Yamaha and make it look more modern

My thoughts. Yamaha hit pay dirt with that platform. Fantic should have went with a different color though. Honda, GasGas, Beta are all red. But doesn't look like it will be available here anyways...

It should be identical internally as the yz, it has to be as reliable as a yamaha!
But the good news is that they'll produce a special kit developped by Jan Witteveen who have been working with Aprilia etc.

Fantics have always been red though as well. They made some fantastic motocross and enduro bikes back in the late 70's early 80's.

Updated ergos, styling, and motor on a YZ125, while keeping the chassis/suspension? Not much to dislike about that.

You can't tell me the cost is lower than if you just bought a blue one and sent off the cylinder and bought some fancy stickers/plastics..?
