Got to sit on one today.
There are only minor changes on the bike.
1) The black stripe on the radiator shrouds is thicker.
2) All the 450’s come with traction control
3) Mapping comes with new settings
4) Lowered the battery 1.1 inches
5) They ditched the lower rotor guard on the rear wheel.
Note: I love Honda’s and Suzuki’s. I’m interested in the traction control on the 2020 more than anything.

The Shop
I mean that the rear wheel at like 95% of cases rotates much faster than the bike moves forward due to the soft and erosive ground under the rear wheel. As i imagine conventional TC it is basically very precise "rear brake" affecting the engine quickly and directly. But maybe some of you fellers can educate me.
thx in advance.

"One of the interesting features that made their debut on the ’97 Honda CR250R was traction control (and you thought JGR was the first team to try and use traction control). The ignition was designed to monitor engine rpm every 35 milliseconds and if it detected a sudden spike, flatten out the ignition curve to compensate. While this system works great on cars with nearly 100% traction, it proved more problematic on the varied surfaces of a motocross course. In practice, the system was incapable of keeping up with the free revving motor and unpredictable surfaces. By the time it reacted, the hard-hitting CR was already laying down strips of rubber to the track. It was an excellent idea (much like the aluminum frame), in need of a little more refinement."
Pit Row
Most of the complaints I read are it being a handful or “tough to setup.” I’ve found neither to be true. Ymmv.
