Does anyone have a suggestion for freeing up space on the handlebars to fit hand guards? I’m running twin walls, and between the start button, kill switch, and mapping/tc button, there isn't enough room. Tried looking for a safe spot to relocate the map/tc button, but the mount and switch are all one.

Have you already purchased hand guards? If not, the 19 came with them that used the lever pivots for mounting.

I appreciate the feedback. I had already bought a set of Cycra guards, and was hoping someone might have insight on an aftermarket bracket to mount the map switch in a location other than the bars. It is sounding like the easiest route is to go with the oem guards and mount directly to the perches though.

Go for KTM ones in black or white. the Husky ones look horrid (black don't looked f@@ked quite as quickly as white..)

These are the ones I have. I used to run the Acerbis that mounted on the bars, but had the same real estate issue that you are speaking about. These mount to the lever clamps, like the stock ones that come on most models. They are light, strong in the mid-section for durability, but still have the flex you need.

There's no easy way to do it with Twinwalls. I've been down this road before. The only thing you can do it move the starter and killswitch way inside because of the rubber thing that covers where the bar tapers. As stated above, the factory KTM/Husky ones are about your only option. I ended up switching to Evo's so I had room for everything because I like to run Acerbis handguards. Look at some pics of the KTM off road bikes and see how they are set up. A lot of them run Twinwalls.
