I think Keefer mentioned that KTMs will be here in June or July? KTM is usually the first one out with the new bikes.

I think KTMs are always released at the same time in EU and US.

The 2016 bikes were launched 4.6.2015 so i would imagine that the 2019 bikes will have their launch in June or July this year.
Alright, thanks! I might have to preorder a 2019 125sx or tc125..

the 350 is supposed to have a new engine? power down lower so you dont have to rev the crap out of it. Could be a game changer if true. Seriously, moving the powerband down will wake up the 350 and make it be the bike we all wanted years ago. we will see
Have you adjusted the TPS richer? Makes a big difference in low end and bike runs cooler.

I think YZ65 will be a late ‘18, updated YZ85 would be a ‘19 if I had to guess.

Is it going to happen with any one that doesn't currently make them already? Kawi possibly?

Wrong name. Think a bit closer to home.
Perhaps I been under a rock or in a cave for too long but what is Suzuki supposedly going to bring to the table a la everts rumor? I haven’t heard it yet. As far as the 350’s go, I think if Ktm made the 350 into a 380, I see the perfect amount of torque there to be 450 killers

Years ago I was working a lot with a rider who was doing a lot of testing for Suzuki in Europe on the 2 stroke. It wasnt Everts.

These days they're doing a lot of testing again on it. I know exactly where that photo Spodes posted came from.

They keep dancing around the issue but never commit for whatever reason.

As for KTM and the 350? People need to stop trying to change it. For those of us that love the 350, it is EXACTLY how we like it. It's soft off the bottom and the power is linear and it revs. That's always been it's hallmark and it's served a niche of us vet riders perfectly.

The last thing I want it to have is more torque. If I wanted that, I'd just get a 450.

I'd rather have a slow bike I (try to) ride fast than a fast bike I have to try and tame.

I will tell you this, in the upcoming years there will be huge and exciting change for Suzuki. Not the direction many will think of. However Suzuki has always been a forward thinking brand. 2 strokes is something that has been brought to the table many times over but always being overshadowed by what the future holds for Suzuki. There is an allocated budget for tooling on the new bike, and I will say that there has been some considerable amount time invested into the future of off-road.
