Is anyone making a polyurethane skid plate thats fit the 19? Ordered an 18 from Acerbis and the holes are off too much to make it work. In need of one for this weekend's 24 hr.

Check this thread out. Not polyurethane, but it seems CRM are making a carbon fibre one.

If you really need one that fast that is.

Does it cover the frame rails? Need something tough enough to handle rocks.

Monte, how are you not talking with Seehorn about a plate? He makes the best Poly plates on the planet. Do you have his contact info?

The only issue that i font like about with the kawi skid plate is no protection at all on the ignition side. Otherwise.....it bolts right up and has a shit ton of holes in it to drain water and mud

Yeah, best off road skid plate made. End of discussion.

The list of guys using Jon's stuff is like a who's who of extreme enduro and endurocross racing.

Found it interesting that the KX 250 comes stock with one and you have to add it on the 450 How much can it cost Kawasaki $5 ?

anything new?

I ended up getting a P3 carbon plate for mine. It didn't even line up at all, pretty terrible fitment. I had to drill new holes for the rear mounts. Pretty pathetic a $200 skid plate doesn't even bolt on. It also has no water pump coverage.

Lightspeed and CRM are the way to go for full coverage and clean mounting. Both have product available for 19/20's.

I have both the CRM and the Lightspeed for the 19/20. Lightspeed fit ok, I did have to adjust one of the bolt
Holes on the LS plate to get it to fit right. The CRM fit absolutely flawlessly. Problem is Flavio at CRM is very hard to get a hold of. I tried to order 10 of them with limited response and then nothing... so I had to order from LS. Both are nice! Coverage is better on the CRM.
