Looks like improvements to the buckle system and they feature a hinge on the inside of the boots.

Looks rad.

Any more pics, or release date/price/info?

Toe area looks smaller. As a guy with bigger feet, I dig 'em.

It looks like the Tech 10 and Tech 7 had a baby.

I have a fresh new pair of tens I was just about to break in... but they may be heading to the chopping block to test these new ones out if they drop soon. Only problem is I did this back in the day with tech 8's when they did the revamped "lights" and they were a big flop. Hope for more with this update than those...

Those red and white tech 10s are beautiful. Would like a all white pair.

Anybody knows when they’ll release their 2019 gear line? I heard they might push it a little bit later than the usual second week of July. I’ll probably buy the orange supertech kit that Herlings, Coldenhoff and Jonas have been using in the last few races as soon as it’s available, it looks awesome

The ankle and base area of the boot looks a bit larger to me, with more area to fill per se. I'm curious if Alpinestars will add the string adjusted bootie that many of their pros have access to. It's more adjustable and looks like it's a bit more supportive than the bootie they sell to the public.

Secondly, it has an ankle pivot system not found on the prior model and the leather area down the front of boot looks to have changed quite a bit.

Third, one of the most obvious, is the updates to the buckles and latch system.

I personally talked to a rep here in central Ca a few months back, and yes an all new tech 10.. He told me all new design(obviously by the looks) and the bottom part will be "crushable" so speak so if you have to bail mid flight, the boot will take some of the impact so you dont blow apart your heels and feet.

The release is July 31st and all I will say is it’s completely new from the ground up. Can’t wait to start wearing them.

ML-the Supertech roadrace boot uses a stringed booty, I wonder if they are just using those in some of the guys boots. They are very similar in function so I’m sure they would slide right in. Probably just a slight change in fit or feel for some riders.

Will they be available on the 31st or just able to be looked at?

Well sounds like the launch will be a bit sooner. Not 100% sure on availability dates just yet. I was going off what I was told a while back and what they did last year. There’s quite a bit of cool new stuff that everyone will get to see soon. I’m really excited to start wearing the helmet, it’s pretty damn bad ass when you get into all the details of it.

Oh man, I avoid anything with even a hint of white. Playing in the dirt ruins white stuff instantly

They're different than the Supertech bootie.

Hopefully they support the ankle better, have a wider toe box, and a much stiffer shank. Until then... Tech 8's or SG12's are staying in my arsenal.

I wear both 7’s and 10’s. 7’s are so much lighter than the 10’s. 10’s I feel like I’m wearing tanks on my feet.
