I'm looking for a mellow map for a 2018 YZ450F.

I've been running this one and it really mellows it out on initial hit. The only time I do not run this map is at a deep sand or deep loam track, but on firmer ground this is what I run right now. I took their stock mellow map and made some adjustments to it and then saved it as a new one.If you don't want the bike to jerk away from you as you get on the gas, try this one.

Using the tp11 numbers with stock rpm and throttle positions is very user friendly.

Ive been running this map lately, we got some problems with the bike stopping mid moto or practice.(more riders having the same problem) no problems where found inside or elektronic. Someone who works for Yamaha came up with this mapping, and said the problem would be gone. To this day, he is right.

I really like this map for a good sand track. Good pull and pulls allot longer! Also rode it on more hardpack and still liked it.

TP 2.0 Map fixed this for me. Much more connected, and builds strong into mid and top end. You can download directly from GYTR website.

I know everyone loves the TP 2.0 map, but for me it's too fast. I know a hand full of pros who feel the same. TP 2 map doing a 15-20 min moto on a rough Texas track would probably put me on the ground lol

I run a slightly less hard hitting map, similar to the slick hard pack map but just more from bottom to top.

I had to modify the TP to help more on the bottom end. Sometimes you just need power to jump through some big whoops out of a short corner and the TP maps just wasn’t cutting it for me.

Looks like the position settings have not been changed. Do that for the correct tp2.0 map and you’ll have all the bottom end Response you’ll need.
