Is Honda really bringing back the two strokes? Saw all the official release pictures and stuff but still haven’t seen anymore about them or if they will be coming back?

No. There hasn't been official two stroke motocross release pictures of Honda since 2007. You have probably seen just some photoshopped stuff by two stroke fans.
