Are you sure that isn’t a casting mark? Is that part of the lower frame cradle where it connects to the steering stem?

That's a funny looking KTM frame. After all, they are the only ones that break according to the Vital braintrust.

Wild! How did it happen? Case something super bad? If this happened without an extremely traumatic landing it making this frame crack twice as concerning imo. Should not be a normal wear issue you know?

Don't forget Yamaha too. Only frames that break are Yamaha and KTM. That's it, period! Cool

Why don't you contact Honda or the dealer to see if they will take care of it?
Anyone got a number for Honda direct?

Honda and Yamaha crack. KTM will leave you on the side of the track with your bike and body in two pieces.

hmmmm well of course they would want a dealer to look at it, I am VERY surprised that was not your first step....sounds a bit suss dude, especially when you sign up here just to do two posts about the same alleged topic.

Should it matter? The frame shouldn’t crack.

Absolutely it matters. You ask others for help and don't even take the time to answer the simplest question, but others should offer insight.
Yes frames should not break, so eliminate potential reasons to narrow the possibilities.
You think it just magically happened? Who knows, maybe they got it stuck to the shrouds in a mud hole and they strapped around the tripple clamps and yanked it out with a truck (btw I've seen someone do this). Just sayin, guy wants help and won't even respond to questions.
