So...
I have the chanche to take home a 2017 RMZ 250 for 4900€. Has the bike any engine problems? How are the transmissions compared to the 2010-2011 models?
I can also take home a 2019 RMZ 250 for 5300€, is the 400€ difference worth it? Has the 19 any engine problems?

Get the 19. I think the 17 still has the terrible air forks.

I don't know how the used bike market looks in Italy, but for me that is a horrendous price for that bike. You could barely get 3-3,5k for that bike here in Finland.

5300€ for a low hour 2019 sounds ok!

I had the ‘14 with the SFF forks. 86 hrs of trouble free reliability.

Yeah, 5300€ for the 2019 and still in the crate.
I'm feeling like a kid, i have a kitted 2019 kxf 250 with 70 hours, now i have to stay off the bike 3/4 months because of a injury and i don't know if change my bike or not.
The idea of a new bike is always cool... i guess ya all understand what i'm saying

Both have been reliable.

Pretty major update occurred in 2019, with the new model getting spring forks, new chassis, and engine/intake updates for quite a bit more power. Brakes were also improved. I doubt you'd be able to get close to the level of upgrade on the '19 to both suspension and engine in the aftermarket for anywhere near 400€
