Guys, I broke this bolt and I got the bolt out and plan on retapping but I noticed when trying to clean out the old threads by using a drill bit that there is a hole I don't remember seeing. My question is did I go to far!? Someone please tell me this hole is there in theirs....

That's not a factory hole. You drilled that hole but I'm not following how you did it or where it's at? I can't tell what I'm looking at. How did you break the bolt originally?

The whole you see I drilled out is a factory hole. I screwed up the threads extracting the broken bolt.

If you look far in the right hole there is another hole that it obviously perfectly round.(you can only see about a third of a circle. I just am double checking that I didn't go too far and that is there originally which I think it was but I can't remember exactly........

Also it's below the shifter and the washer holds the strainer for the oil in....
