With RV2 heading over the pond, who will become top dog stateside?

It will most likely come down to RD5 and KR94 but there are a lot of riders that could take it down under the right circumstances.

CR22, JS7, DM18, JB51, TC41 to name a few

Either way, it should make for an exciting year for Supercross.

Dungey. I'm gonna be pulling for Trey, though.

I really think Barcia will be a serious contender next year. Fresh start with a new bike/team.

You might laugh, but I think Jason Anderson will win a race or two. I see in him what McGrath did prior to moving up to the big boy class.

The title? Roczen, or maybe Milsaps.

Anybody know if Barcia has a new trainer with his new team?

With RV going to Europe, the 450 class SHOULD be filled with a ton of multiple race winners.

Stewart (if he's in)
KRoc
Dungey
Tomac
Reed
Canard
Millsaps
Hahn
Barcia

Plus a ton of others who may not be title contenders but could put together a race win if the stars align right.

Thanks for the response. I am not a real fan of Barcia, but the complete change of scenery might be a good combo.

My hopes are for Trey or Barcia. I don't think that they are the favorites but Trey looked really good at the end of MX and Barcia with the new holeshot machine will no doubt be a threat.

I could picture a breakout year for Barcia .
If he gels with the bike I would be surprised if he doesn't at least get some wins .
It seems a lot of people are thinking Dm18 can do it . I kinda can't see it championship wise . I could be wrong but just seems it would be hard after a whole year off .
IMO battle mostly between

Anybody but Roczen.. Don't know why I don't care for him but I just don't!
Might have something to do with me being a Tomac fan!

I think many people are in agreement that we all wish RV2 good luck in the GP's next year and hope he kicks some butt. I think it will be fun and should see quite a few new winners in SX for 2015. I think at the end of 17 rounds though some of the main contenders will shine. My own personal picks would be (in any order) Ryan Dungey, Ken Roczen, and Davi Millsaps.
