2014 kx250f price question.

What can a non running 2014 kx250f sell for that needs an all new cylinder head, valve train, cams etc and also needs piston and rings.

Sounds like at least $1500 in parts just to get the engine running. A '14 in good condition sells for maybe $3000. I think $1000 is about as much as you can hope to get for it.

I looked all over the web and asked several friends of mine at the local dealers.... They all said- tree fiddy!

Another $1000 here. You have to understand after parts and labor(whether you do it yourself or not) equal the actual value of the bike. $3000-3500.

Cams - $400
Head - $550
Valves - $200
Timing chain - $50
Piston - $150

So on and so fourth.
