The Glen Helen times are perfect. I have a birthday party I have to go to at 4 so I get to see the first motos before I have to leave and then just make sure I get back by 10 for the second motos. Thanks DC, almost made up for not having press day live on MavTV.

So will the second motos be streamed live, as they happen, on the NBC Sports App even though they won't actually air on TV until later that night?

They're describing that as "exceptional coverage"?

Nothing is free anymore. I have a few roommates and cable jumped to $200 a month so we dropped it. Now we don't have cable TV which means that I don't have a provider and cannot watch the races. Sucks to suck!

There has to be some website that I can watch the races through, firstrowsports or something...

Definitely exceptional...exceptionally shitty. 8 million channels and...wow. I'd trade all the music channels I have on cable for 4 motos...

So you can watch all 4 motos live on NBC Sports Online at every round if you have Direct TV, right? I lack the restraint to not check Racer X twitter until 11pm MST on Saturday.

Dude you're in Hollywood. TWC might not have MavTV but they do have NBC. You can see the 1st motos online.

I'll be at Glen Helen and probably won't be streaming anything.

What the hell is MAVTV? Looks like I'll be watching all the first motos online as I have no interest in supporting this channel

Live online streaming available here: http://stream.nbcsports.com/liveextra/
I've been following the Stanley Cup playoffs on this the past few weeks watching the live streaming on their Live Extra section. I strongly recommend this method if you want to watch ALL 24 motos + qualifying + pre-show since the TV side can only show so much.

If you haven't experienced NBC Sports Live Extra, do so now so you don't freak out Saturday. Plus there's Game 3 of Rangers/Canadiens going on tonight if you're into pucks and stuff.

Just an idea, but for the NBC Sports website verification, it says you have to provide your log on and password for your current cable provider account. My cable provider (Cox) is not on the list, even though I have NBC Sports on Cox.

Does that mean I can use the log on and password from someone else (who does have an "approved" provider) to access the live feed?

I think I have family members in other states that have "approved" cable providers, does anyone know if I just use their info will it work? Or does the NBC site somehow "authenticate" the location?

I read that anyone can watch the first moto's live, but the second moto's are only available to approved content providers. I really would rather not wait until 10pm to see the second moto's on NBC Sports. That would be a looooong 7 hours....

You just made my day!!!

I will be making some calls to some long lost relatives tonight! They will probably think I am trying to access some weird porn sites or something, I doubt they would believe all this is necessary just to watch a MX race....

I have Cox & I'm watching live on my ipad right now the golf channel

if you were at work and not at home that might be why cox did not show up on the list
