2003 Honda CR250R swing arm help

Hey all! I picked up a used '03 CR250 to play around with, and when I was greasing the linkage and swing arm bearings, I discovered the LH chain side of the pivot was all chewed up on the bottom side, and the bearing is exposed. The guy I bought if from put a brand new chain slider on it to cover up the jacked up swinger....but that is another story!! I am looking for a good used swing arm, and was researching the OEM part numbers, and discovered the '02-'03 CR125 and CR250 are the same swing arm, but then from '04-'07 the part numbers all start changing. Does anyone know if you can put the '04-'07 on the '02-'03? Anyone out there have a nice '02-'03 swing arm they would like to part with? HELP!

I was just in the same predicament with my 02. I got a used CR125 one on eBay. Different part # and shape on the very rear of the axle area, but otherwise the same (I did have to swap out the pivot bearing sleeves as they are different than the 250). I'll look on my purchases and get you the year in a sec.

Edit-the one I bought was an '04 CR125 unit. Brake hose guide, linkage, and slider from my bike bolted right on.

I may have one from an 02 CR250. I will look in the garage when I get home. Not sure if i sold it or not.

Thank you for you input omalley....I might look for a used '04 125 on ebay since you had a good experience with one.
