He came down to the night track on Friday night and I interviewed him in front of the crowd and they went crazy.
Then a random fan came up and gave him $500 while we were talking.
After he blew up on Saturday, I told him to come down and race the night track, which he did.
I told him to stick around and race the Pro-Am on Sunday and he was planning to do so and I saw him on the entry list, but he didn't line up.
I didn't see him at all on Sunday, so I'm thinking he became a Lot B victim. lol

yes, both Friday and Saturday nights. Huge crowd every year.
Also am racing on the big track on Friday and Pro-Am on the national track on Sunday.
If you haven't experienced Red Bud, you need to put it on your list.

All amateur classes run on the pro track fri and sun. They just open up a couple sections on the track for the pros and leave them open for the Sunday amateur races. If anyone wants to ride Redbud they have open practice 9/5, 10/1 and 10/8 Smile

To me that is dedication to pick up a few races in between and raise more money to fund his outdoor quest. The mechanic out there on the yz 250. It's hard to beat that sort of a combination. Awesome story for sure. These two dudes are building incredible memories for later in life stories.
