RR Race Editions (with KYB's and blue in the color scheme) are not usually announced until Octoberish. There is no RR (non street legal) model offered in the U.S. unlike the rest of the world.

BETA CONTINUES DUAL SPORT DOMINATION
Beta USA is proud to announce their 2021 RR-S Dual Sport range! The RR-S models have been one of the Italian company's largest sellers, 2021 sales are expected to grow as more and more riders are finding the off-road worthiness of the range is unmatched. For 2021, the bikes arrive in a striking Italian red layout with black wheels. Beta takes pride in offering the public a motorcycle that offers "Rideability" which is the 115 year old company's tagline.
So here’s what’s new for 2021:
Updated chassis in the steering head area and in the reinforced plates for improved feel and durability. The accessories supplied have been modified to provide better protection against wear.
Improved rear subframe, more robust and durable.
New side-panel mounting, for easier installation.
Updated tank cover cap for improved mounting.
Renewed seat improved on both the base plate and the foam – now providing better support for a more comfortable ride.
Optimization of the air filter box for improved waterproofing; new mounting in the filter inspection side panel for a more practical use.
New electrical system, with improved charging efficiency.
Upgrade of numerous internal components of the ZF fork, to further improve fluidity and reliability.
New shock absorber setting to increase traction.
Updated speedometer giving better reliability and precision.
New bright red colouring and graphics.

-Four different displacements all offering a different feeling and experience
(350, 390, 430, and 500)
-Electronic Fuel Injection
-Hydraulic clutch with a light clutch pull
-Six-speed wide ratio transmission
-Electric start with an optional kick start available
-Heavy duty plastic skid plate

Tough decision to upgrade forks on the “S” or get an “RE”, both are a great bang for the buck but you can add nicer aftermarket lighting to the RE.
Know a guy that sells them. They sell well here in hare scramble country.
But is anyone else growing bored with black as a dominant color on dirt bikes? Seeing the new Gas Gas models with silver rims drove home how sore my eyes are for bright colors of the 80s/90s.
