My shop has one I’m about to pull the trigger on. Wondering if anyone else has scored one yet, wondering what you got it for out the door price wise. I was told it would be $10,300ish out the door and with my normal “deal”, It would $9,780 out the door. New salesmen so not to sure, usually get a really good deals with the old salesmen. Looks like the msrp is 9,300 from online so I don’t know how the original price is so high ?

Just looking for some quick advice

Thanks. I found another dealer with 9300 on it. So I expect a way better deal then what I was offered today. Time to put my negotiating cap on and take it to them

I think that was the number he gave me or really close to it, then said 9700 otd with my deal. So really it ends up being 200 off.

The bike is 9299 retail price. Dealer cost is about 900 dollars less. 9000 out the door I really doubt, unless you are in a state with no sales tax

If it keeps winning 450 shootouts the dang dealers are not going to budge much. I want one, but might wait till all the excitement dies down so the prices will drop.

Paying 9k + for a Kawasaki is ridiculous. I personally really like the feel of a Kawasaki, but they don’t hold up well. The new 19 seems like an awesome bike, but not for that price

Kawis seem to be more reliable than bikes that cost more than that. Just saying. Look around at the amount of people posting about their KTM and husky problems. Look at hondas recalls. In my opinion money well spent is with kawasaki or yamaha.

I could get one for $8460 OTD if I wanted too, that's what I was quoted on the east coast.

Same up here in New England. A buddy of mine just paid $8450 OTD. Our usual deals are $200 over dealer cost (give or take a few bucks). I don't think you'll do much better than that until/if they launch some rebates in the spring.

I get bikes at cost +tax. I never said I didn't get a deal, I was saying what I paid.

Lakeland Honda Kawasaki quoted me $11,200 out the door.

I told them “I can buy 2 Kawasaki’s for that much!”

I hear that from a good chunk of people, but I always noticed they never maintained their bikes properly. I've never had an issue with any of my kawi's in the last 13 years. That includes my 05 250f with 200+ hours on it

I can’t believe how long this KX450F has lasted me. I will say I feel you do get a lot more life out of a 4 stroke than a 2 stroke

I got a quote of $9500 for the kawi but pick up a 18 RMZ-450 with yosh ti-carbon exhaust and a handful of other goodies for $6500 with title in hand.

Not the case.

Some wear items, like seat covers, clutches, chain sliders and guides wear quickly - but the important stuff is as solid as it gets. More so than their Austrian competition at 30% less price.

Kawis are solid.

MSRP

Kawi = $9299
KTM = $9899

According to you, the KTM costs $12,088?
