17 KTM Renthal Bar Swap?

I was hoping to change the standard Neken bars on my 17 150 KTM to 7/8 Renthal bars as I like the feel of them a bit more from previous bikes. My question would be do I need to change the bar mounts and if so does anyone have any recommendations as to makes etc? Looking at the bar thickness I imagine twinwalls would mount straight up but I prefer the feel of the 7/8 bars so just checking what I need to change before I start buying.

I tried searching previous topics but couldnt see anythinf about this.
