Craigslist special......2001 RM 125. All original except for FMF system. Original top end with 170 psig compression $900.
New tires, bars, gripsand # plate decals $267

A fine day at Rio Bravo was a blast on the little tiddler. Hadn't ridden a 1-2-5 in over twenty years. I was slow as hell but really enjoyed my little investment.

Very nice! Bike looks sharp.

Tough to beat the smile factor of a 125

144 kit and maybe some yellow rimmage.

Don't want to sink too much into it. It's nice to have a budget bike that you don't worry too much about if you beat the crap out of it!

03 125 was my first big bike. Really miss that thing. For me there is no better bike to ride on a motocross track than a one two five.

Nice find. Good choice on the tires too, you'll get your money's worth out of them.

I had the 01 loved it, but had to have the latest and greatest 04 CRF 250 back then, and got rid of it and regretted it until I purchased an 05 RM 125 a few years ago, back to actually enjoying riding.

That's nice. Most of the great deals like that I respond to are scams.

Awesome buy. Funny how you'll have more fun and less headaches with that bike than a brand new 250F owner.
