Not without modification. I ran an 04 KX125 pipe on our '02 CR125 with just a couple modifications so anything is possible.

I am using a PC silencer off of an 18 Husky TC125 on my 96 CR125 with just a few tweaks it fit perfect........

Not without modification. I ran an 04 KX125 pipe on our '02 CR125 with just a couple modifications so anything is possible.

I have a good silencer, just the expansion chamber is hammered . There is pipes every where for 98 and newer,

I need to look at it to remember exactly what I did. ONly used it because I have a pile of TC silencers laying around and wanted a round vs the FMF oval that was on there. I have Bills Pipe & Bills silencers were round. No performance difference. Pretty sure I just had to modify the bend a bit to match up....

There are a lot of pipe repair guys out there nowadays...you should look into repairing/restoring the pipe you already have. Should be a cheaper route as well...anyone with a nice pipe for a '97 CR125 will no doubt be asking a premium for it, just ask me how I know hahah...took me 2-3 years to find a Bills pipe for my '94 CR125
