Looking to acquire a serious track property either stand alone or house based that won't have any noise or dust complaints when running all day long. Budget is up to $1.3m or higher if partial financing is involved.
MUST be in a year round riding climate and NOT in the north east no exceptions.

Ive already seen mesa mx park, turkey creek and a few others but they are too small private sized tracks with no business or potential for growth.

1. Partner with an ex pro and start a legit world class training facility not open to public.
2. Buy someone’s pre existing home/track that is something really nice to actually live and operate my other business out of and use the track for myself and just enough access to cover expenses.
3. Start a road racing car course w kart and supermoto track on 200+ acres with one partner
Comments make it sound like a buyer came in and wants to close the track to the public, so they need a new buyer to sell to. Track looks pretty good.
