Looking to acquire a serious track property either stand alone or house based that won't have any noise or dust complaints when running all day long. Budget is up to $1.3m or higher if partial financing is involved.

MUST be in a year round riding climate and NOT in the north east no exceptions.

Ive already seen mesa mx park, turkey creek and a few others but they are too small private sized tracks with no business or potential for growth.

Ironically enough a private track for 1.2 mil just went up for sale. I saw it in the Moto section. What do you plan on doing? Gonna make it public?

Thank you I’m looking into it. Also a pros house/track would be very appealing. Having a nice home would make it mortgageable which would be a huge bonus. Yes I’d like to open it up to “public” aka private membership for everyone

You might try Jeff Oldenburg at Oakhill Raceway in Decatur, Tx. He had it on the market at one point, then pulled it off. He might still be interested. Not sure

Wide open mx park on NC, Track is fantastic and is starving for a owner who cares. Track has so much potential and has an amazing fun lay out. North Carolina is in desperate need of a great year round practice/race track to keep up club mx's practice track.

Justin Thompson of Jetwerx is selling his Jetwerx training facility in Mississippi. Arenacross track under lights, 1.2 mile pro outdoor track, full size sx track, 40 rv hookups with 30/50A and water/ seeer tie ins. 55 acres with a house, additional 80 acres available. $280,000 or $550,000 with additional acrage. After tons of sleepless nights of research spreadsheets multiple business plans talking to manufactures for a dealership/shop ad on facility buildouts and costs equipment etc etc etc I’m at the point I have 3 options... no particular order

1. Partner with an ex pro and start a legit world class training facility not open to public.

2. Buy someone’s pre existing home/track that is something really nice to actually live and operate my other business out of and use the track for myself and just enough access to cover expenses.

3. Start a road racing car course w kart and supermoto track on 200+ acres with one partner
