Lots of good deals on close out Helmets for great prices, for brand new helmets, if you aren’t picky on color.

eBay has fox v3 helmets for around 300 and the fly formula cc helmet is around 400. The formula cc helmet seems like a bad ass option at a good price. Same details as the formula but composite shell so it weighs a tiny bit more.

A new close out is always better than buying a used helmet that you don't know the "History" of.

I really like the Formula CC. I bought and returned the original Formula as it was just a touch too tight. The new CC I have is just a little looser and fits perfect. Maybe it's just manufacturing variation, but for me it was perfect.

Amazing value in this space right now. Buy new as long as you can afford.

Is there such a thing as too light?
I run Airoh Aviators, 2.2lb. Not too light for me.
