No, they just have the full kits with the OEM style plate.

No, it was a different place.

Luckily i got a refund when I submitted a claim. Was strange tho.... They said the plates got damaged when shipped to them and they would send a new one out that day.... Then nothing... Then 5 days later they said they hadnt got any new ones yet? Just smelled fishy...
