Looking for a set of sss converted WP forks (small or big axle) or possibly a set of sxs forks. Also if you guys know who can do a good conversion and their price, let me know in case a converted set doesn't turn up.

You’ll love kyb forks on your ktm, I have kyb forks on mine and won’t ride again with airforks. Call evo industries east in Manheim,pa ask for Jeremy, he’s the man! He can help you out with the conversion

One call does it all. Ask for Levi 602-617-1032. Tell him I sent you and he'll charge you extra. Your welcome.

You may look in to MX techs lucky kit for your ktm forks. The price point is similar I think and the performance is too. Just a thought

I've ridden both the kyb conversion and the MX Tech Lucky's. The current lucky set up is spot on AND better than a kyb fork.

Corey at Protune just built a set of KYBs for my KTM. Black tubes, Black billet lugs. Try him, or I could possibly sell you mine.

I've got 8.5 hours on my WP 48 now and I can't make it work. What does a KYB conversion typically cost? Im definitely going back to spring.

what kinda air pressure you running sinclair? how much you weigh.

i love sss, but wp aer48 got it right. I have a 06 yz 144 done up nicely and if you mess with the wp's in their stock form they work BETTER than my SSS,....just my opinion only.

At this point im at 126. When riding im changing elevation all the time and the air pressure is affected big time. Im riding from 5000 to 12000 feet during any given ride. Sometimes there too soft but most of the time they feel like there way too stiff. We are in desert mode this time of the year and the whoops feels like they get stuck in the top of the stroke or rebound is off. I go up in pressure but it seems to knife in corners more. Just can't get comfortable yet. gonna start with valving

Give Jeremy at evo industries east in Manheim pa, he roped me out with my kyb setup on my fc350, he’s actually in the process of building a second set for me as we speak. He’s a good dude and will do his best to help you out

Your likely riding at too low of air pressure if your talking about the AER 48's. I believe the book says something like 156. I was running 143-146 to keep it soft, and at the top of the stroke. I weight 180 though. You have to keep the pressure above about 140 to stay at the top of the stroke. Otherwise the mid range valving is essentially your top when at such a low pressure making it feel stiff and harsh. Back out your compression to 15-20 and your rebound to 13-15. That helped me at least.

I checked today im at 126 and 18out compression and 15 out rebound. I was running 146. Im 170 pounds and I was told to set poundage around 130 to soften it up. This is where I ended up. I'll try going back up to 140 and try that with the settings im at now. seems to be close to where your at. I think valving will help. Im just so used to KYB I think its going to take a minute. Thanks for the help
