I have a set of WP cone valve forks amd trax shock + xtrig clamps. All you would need to run them on a RM is rmz front wheel and axle.

I could also throw in a moto master front 270mm disc (for RMZ wheel). I need this stuff gone before I get my RM 250 back together, as I put too much time, money and work in the KYB setup I have ready for my bike, to drift away from it because of those CV's laying around...

Tell me more about this kyb setup. Haha.

Wouldn't I need to run the rmz steering stem as well for the forks and x trig triples?

No Sir, all you need to run it on RM is a spacer for the stem (RMZ is slightly longer) which I have and will include with the setup.
