Hire a 8-12 year child and bring them to one of the big outdoor races and they are usually successful getting a set from the truck.

Is there any special ingredient for these? Is it just vinyl that says Dunlop?

The Dunlop tire decals are actually just colored raw adhesive. No vinyl actually. A lot of other tire decals are polyurethane film also. Vinyl unfortunately does not adhere properly to tires. Hope this helps.
