I've got crf a-kit forks, it bolts up to a kx no problem with kxf clamps. Or can always swap the lugs over. As far as a shock you might have a hard time, I haven't seen one around in a while now. Everyone I know with a shock isn't wanting to sell it.

I think I have A kit or a B kit from pro circuit that will fit that bike if your still looking? I Use the forks on my sons 2017 KX 250f for a Few weeks while his suspension was being serviced
