They made changes between 20 and 21. The newer models use a smaller rotor. The calipers are the same, but the carriers may be different. I'm not 100% sure, so double check before you buy.
Edit: the 450f changed in 20. The 250f changed in 21. They're pretty cheap new

A rear caliper assembly for a 2021 YZ250F is $180 on Motorsport
