Thanks for the link, but hoping to find an HRC style shorty:

Would prefer Ti over carbon can, but not picky considering the age and availability...

crc245 going off memory after owning 05, 06 & 08 models, but I recall the 05-06 exhaust being different from the 07-08 ? It was the same AF chassis with a change to the subframe. The bolt pattern on the muffler changed on the 07-08 if I recollect.

Good memory, but the 07/08 pipe differences were just changed a bit for performance (due to carb update, valves, etc) but the fitment from 06-08 is identical; subframe mount and not frame mount like on the 2005 450R and first generation X models...I can make an 06' work! Haha

Had one member reach out with a complete system, but it was for a 2005 and X models. Called Yoshimura direct to see about potentially swapping the mid-pipe for the proper 06-08 subframe mount, but they were less than helpful (downright rude, honestly)...

I have multiple factory carbon cans Yoshimura built for factory Honda. They’re brand new, with billet aluminum red anno mount. I’m looking for end caps, baffles, etc to build a complete system. Maybe we can help each other. flesche917@gmail.com

I’m not but if you have any leads on a stock 05-08 muffler I would be stoked!
