If your looking for OEM pegs and you know the part number check webike's website, found a few parts there that I couldn't find anywhere else. Otherwise older gen KTM footpegs work with KTM pins too, RM pins work but require boring out the hole for the pins a bit. I got a set of footpegs for a 2012 KTM 250sx and they work on the 07' rm. Best of luck sourcing a set!

I bought a new OEM set from webike earlier this year. With ocean shipping they were around $90 for the pair.

Yamaha pegs will also fit when you modify them a little bit.
