This for current chassis/suspension or previous model? What's the actual spring rate?

Can you measure the spring wire diameter and the outside diameter of the coil at both seats? I can figure out the rate from that.

Sorry, I don't have the actual spring rate, the markings have faded. The number on their looks to be 33-70 005 45K but don't pin me on that the first the first 3 could also be a 9.
ik comes off a 2015 bike.
The spring is 25cm long, inside measurement is 65mm on one side and 60mm on the other side.thickness is 12,5mm.

The spring is 25cm long, inside measurement is 65mm (90mm outside) on one side and 60mm (85mm outside) on the other side.Wire diameter is 12,5mm.

I'm getting about 5.6 for a spring rate. Too stiff for me, unfortunately.
