You and me are both after the same thing. Trick engineering out of Texas fixed my 07 kx250 cases when I couldn't find any. There is a complete bottom end on eBay for $1200. He's firm on price I tried.. Good luck

Haha yeah I contacted that guy on eBay 1200 for a beat bottom end is just too steep I’ll have to sit on it or part out my 5k bike without a motor.

I posted a WTB ad for these over a year ago. Had zero luck. Since then, I read a gal on here on bike builds, was able to buy the set from a website in Japan. I just had my left hand case repaired by a very trick welder/machinist who lives in Mansfield, TX. Cost me more than what they sold for new over 5 years ago. But he did a good job.
I've complained about this before, its sad that Kawi will try and sell you over $5000 in internal gearing, forks, shafts, bearings, seals etc. but if you can't buy the fucking cases, whats the use??? It pisses me off

Yeah I’m gonna part my build out. Sucks that I’m giving up like this but I just have way too much into it to let it sit.

I guess everything lol all fresh Powdercoat new bearings and all cerakote on calipers frame swingarm race tech gold valves suspension anodized black coating set up for 205 B vet.

New subframe never used new oem air box. I have almost 5k invested into a bike without the motor.

I sold my 06 because I was so scared to ruin the cases and be stuck. Shame they don't sell them when they have the 125 cases for sale still.

How bad are the cases you dont want to have it repaired? It's not rocket science, people been doing it for years.
