+1 on the others’ info. IMO the answer will be no. The slip-ons are limited by the stock header size/fit whereas the full systems are free to change everything. If your slip-on has a removable midpipe, the muffler itself may be the same and you could swap to the midpipe that goes with the full system.

Usually they fit with each other, when you buy a slip on fmf usually comes with a bushing that goes where the slip on and stock pipe meet to fit. Then when you buy the header it’s a different size and the bushing comes out.

These definitely fit together.
I bought mine separately just like you are showing.
The slip on is designed to fit the stock yamaha header as well as the FMF titanium megabomb header. I bought the same slip on first and ran it with the stock header for a few rides then installed the FMF header. Perfect fit on both.
