Might be cheaper to buy a plane ticket and see what you can carry on. Not joking.

I don't fully trust them but I've crossed my fingers and have shipped suspension overseas via usps. It was expensive but cheaper than ups. A few sets have gone there so far so good. Ive received forks from the UK via DHL in a timely manner.

I've done forks in a single rifle case shipped USPS to Europe; cost was $120 bucks and buyer was happy to split costs with me.

There's no way shipping wheels across the pond is financially viable unless you've got an absolute screaming deal or if they're hyper rare works parts.

Large items like that, no its not worth it.
Small items however can be cost effective.
Tell the seller to declare the goods as $50 or below, you wont get stung with import fee's then. You do however run the risk of only getting $50 refunded if your parcel gets lost etc so there is a risk.

I buy a lot of things from the US as many items are way cheaper. In some cases, I use Shipito as a forwarding service. They consolidate packages into one and that way I save on shipping cost. Forks, shock, engines, all have gone through Shipito, but never tried wheels due to big size. Instead, I have purchased hubs and then bought spokes and rims from store.
