Hello all, I am looking to buy a RC4 header for a 09-15 kx450 from the Ti-6 system. I recently bought one from a member on here that was stamped KHI as was told it should fit, unfortunately it does not. So on the search again. Please PM me if you have one.

Also if someone happens to need the factory KHI one, I would sell it.

Why doesn’t it fit? If you are trying to adapt a slip on muffler to the header from a full system, be aware they don’t always fit.

No, mine was a full Ti-6 system. Bike fell over in truck and dented the header. I bought a "factory stamped khi rc4 header??" and does not fit my system. The OD is the same as the ID of my midpipe so it does not slip in...
