Brand new, never worn (but I did try it on several times before making the final decision that it just doesn't fit my head shape).
Size Large (Medium and Large share the same shell - you can easily adjust sizing with different liners and cheek pads).
Comes with everything as-if it was new (box, manual, extra visor and really nice helmet bag).
