This is a BRAND NEW 21 CRF250R. Clean & CLear title in hand with owners Manuel .. Never ridden or started. STILL NEEDS TO BE BROKEN IN! (0.0 minutes) I purchased it to use for my race bike BUT I will be riding 450 instead.
