What would happen if you bolted this up to an FC450? Are the muffler internals that different between the 350 and the 450?

I think you're right, could it be so much different? the sizing on the header pipe connection is the same (50mm)

Does it come with a spark arrestor? I picked up a similar Akra muffler second hand this summer. Having no luck finding what arrestor should go in it. Hoping your info sheet might have a part number.
