In the process of replacing my Showa ICS and damper rod seal as well as adding race tech valve kit. I got a little carried away drilling the preening to replace the damper rod seal. Now I need a new cartridge seal assembly. If any one has an extra fork or inner cartridge I could buy I will be extremely grateful. The picture is for reference.

The inner dampening rod size was increased at around 2008 on most 47mm Showa forks. The smaller ones were usually chrome. Newer larger ones have the kashima coating on them. Just some info so u get the correct parts

I’m going to call a few of the big suspension guy today to see if they can lend a hand. If not I will be in touch. Those should work.

Why are you going to ruin the forks installing the GoldValves?Sad

Stick with the OEM pistons and get it valved right.

Gold Valves are only good for trail not MX/SX/AX

They contaminate the oil very quickly and were just Paul T way of turning a fast Buck!Angry

It’s an 07 crf250 frame. I posted it in the nick check earlier.
Is there any way to get valving specs for a self install vs. sending it off and having it done?
