I had to weld mine the chain went into the bearing as well but it's fine.

Previous owner cross threaded and seized the chain tensioner bolt in so unfortunately it’s not something a weld can fix

Dang. Might be possible for a machinist to fix and helicoil.

Tried the machinist route aswell. Quote of possible price was more than I’d like to put into a swingarm in this condition if I could find something else first

Probably got this sorted but my local shop fixed mine for $80ish
