I asked this a while back, 4 or 5 guys wanting to sell a used one for more than what a brand new one is, plus shipping

I was hoping you guys wouldn’t say that. My biggest complaint with the BFRC is coming out of corners with consecutive acceleration bumps.

What do you think a brand new one cost and are they available?

You can also get a KYB off a 06-08 ( I believe ) Kx450. I have one currently and am going to test both of them to see which one I like better. I run the one I have now with the stock link as it is 3-4mm longer then stock.

06-08 KX450 shock is with 46mm piston, so not really worth it..

I don’t mind my revalved re sprung BFRC, admittedly I’m not a test rider but I don’t know what I’d change/don’t like about it, works for me just fine

I just want high speed compression adjuster. I’ve also replaced the shock bearings 4 times, the comp and Reb will turn counter clockwise on their own when the bearings are getting loose.

For anybody else looking. I ended up purchasing a new one from a local dealer I got a sweet deal on. Bike bandit has them on backorder right now 1-2 weeks out at $578. Adeptpowersports has a couple in stock available for $686 no taxes/free shipping.

$476 for the complete assembly on Partzilla and says currently available.

Part number 62100-46K11-019 looked up on a 2021 RMZ250 parts diagram.
