sadly not, the story is that I got it free because then one I got had a small hole in it from casting... the bike which then had it mounted got stolen leaving me with just a new cover. All you'd have to do at this point is hunt down an impeller or even just run it as is. They work nice for those little bikes since they run very hot.

The rims sold but I still got the spokes, they came of a Honda though.
