1995 Kawasaki KX250 Two-Stroke
The bike is better than new. Built to have fun or moto. The motor has been tuned and has an amazing amount of usable power. The suspension is dialed in for 170lbs with an A-kit fork with national spring tubes. Bike handles GREAT.
This bike has undergone a complete rebuild to include;
Frame:
Gusseted and power coated Flo-green
Subframe cleaned and powder coated Flo-green
Swingarm finished smooth and power coated gloss black
New wheels with stock hubs, heavy duty stainless spokes and bearings
New Dunlop tires
New Flo-green plastics and Decal graphics
New purple seat cover with CEET firm foam
New Renthal sprockets and RK chain
KX450F foot pegs
All new factory cables, throttle assembly, Pro taper clutch perch
2011 front brake caliper freshly rebuilt with CR brake line and master cylinder
Pro Circuit Triple Clamps with steering stop modification and 1 1/8 bar mounts and Renthal Twinwall bars
All new factory linkage bearings and spacers and freshly greased
Almost all new fasteners throughout the bike
Ride hour meter installed when bike was finished and has .1hr
Motor:
Complete motor re-build including all new factory bearings and seals
New cylinder with ports cleaned up by TMR
New crank re-build with Wossner rod by TMR
Vertex piston
Transmission tumbled and hardened
New shifter and kickstarter
Intake manifold polished and Boyesen two-stage reeds
Boyesen Clutch and ignition covers
New air filter
Water pump freshly rebuilt
Complete new clutch includes factory basket, all plates and springs
New over-sized GPI aluminum radiators
Pro Circuit pipe with R304 silencer

I have a 1995 engine I just fully rebuilt. I have the engine on my engine stand and put the kick starter on/gear shifter. All gears shift great. The kick starter does not jump back up after I stroke the kick starter down. I didn’t know if that was normal now without the carb and exhaust hooked up or do I need to pull the right side case off and check the kickstart spring? Let me know. Thanks!
You either have your Kickstarter gear assembly incorrectly put back together or your spring is not wound properly and sitting correctly.
