Don’t know if this could be anyone’s bike, but the “no title” seems odd. saw it on Facebook marketplace, sorry if I am mistaken.

Seriously though, no problem with buying a bike without a title here in NC, not sure how it goes in NY... as a seller,, I probably wouldn't lead with NO TITLE in the subject line of the ad but whatever, lol.
