This is a custom built set of 2018 cone valves. They are only sold with black uppers now but i was able to have them built with brand new silver uppers. They were valves and purchased from PowerBand in March 2018. They were on my 18.5 FE Ktm 450. These have 2 hours on them and are in perfect condition with not one scratch or chip. Setup
