BREAKING Yamaha YZ250 2004.

Bike is located in the UK

Bikes is complete and all parts are currently available..comment below with the part you require.

Spec list on this bike is absolutely huge so please bare with me, I’ll try my a absolute best to try and include everything.

I have the receipts and paper work for every single part on this bike and also documented the whole build process from start to finish.

Bike was stripped to the bare frame, frame was then powder coated and clear coated for extra protection.

Engine was completely disassembled, engine cases were vapour blasted and the whole engine was completely rebuilt.

No expense has been spared building this bike as can be seen from the pictures.

Every single part of this bike has been rebuilt or replaced and also has some one off parts from factory race teams.

- Pro Circuit triple clamps

- Pro Circuit bar clamps

- Pro Circuit works front pipe

- Pro Circuit Ti-2 carbon kevlar silencer

- Pro Circuit clutch cover

- Pro Circuit axle blocks

- Excel Rims with Talon hubs and brand new Michelin starcross tyres.

- Lightspeed carbon ignition cover

- Lightspeed carbon rear disc guard

- Lightspeed carbon chain guide

- Lightspeed carbon frame guards

- Extreme Carbon rear shock guard

- One off carbon fuel cap

- Works Connection fuel breather (not pictured)

- One off carbon exhaust bracket

- CRF front brake master cylinder

- CRF front brake caliper

- Titanium Nitride rear caliper piston

- GYTR front brake hose clamp

- HEL braided brake hoses front and rear

- Braking wavy discs

- KYB Factory Shock from Cooper Webb’s Star Racing Yamaha

- YZF SSS Forks with Titanium Nitride coatings

- Works Connection clutch perch and lever

- ARC Brake Lever

- Full Wiseco clutch

- Vertex forged piston

- PRO X crank

- New Footpegs

- Twin Air powerflow filter cage

- Renthal Twinwall Handlebars

- Completely rebuilt and jetted carburettor with thermal coating and ported and textured bell mouth

- Yoshimura steering stem nut

- Renthal front and rear sprocket

- DID chain

- Genuine Yamaha case saver

- 90% of the bolts have been replaced with titanium, even the air filter bolt was replaced with titanium

- New radiators

- Blue silicone hoses

- New plastics and graphics

- All bearings and seals have been replaced throughout the bike and the rear shock/forks were completely rebuilt


Pretty sure there is more but that’s all I can remember off the top of my head.

I’d do the triples and bar clamps for 300 bucks. I’m located in the UK though so they’ll have to be shipped

hey Cclay, you know you can fit the aluminum framed ones to the steely. I've never seen it done before but tried it myself it it fits near perfectly. I trimmed the plastic in a few spots so it sat closer to the frame but it looks way better imho.

Thanks but I’m after carbon guards specifically for 03/04. I tried 05 carbon guards and they don’t fit well enough for my liking.
