Ive got a nice low hour 2003 KX250 and I thought id check here to see if anyone might have a set laying around. The bike came with 48mm open bath KYB forks which were only out a few years making it a not so simple task finding a deal on them. Shock spring is a fairly standard KYB shock spring......

Looking for .47 or .48 Fork springs for this fork and a 5.6 rear shock spring, I dont mind if theyre used, just looking for a decent deal on the set so I can send my stuff off with the springs to be revalved for my 200+ lbs frame LOL

Any help would be MUCH appreciated!!

Rob162… ..that would be AWESOME thank you for chiming in and checking.

Fork springs are probably the most important to me bec theyre kind of harder to find but I'd be happy with anything that will get me on my way to getting my suspension dialed in for me so I can start twisting it again!

Ron162 thank you for looking much appreciated!

Ryan thank you as well and from what I understand the stock for springs are .43 and I was told I need to get at least .47 up .48

Anybody have a 5.6 rear shock spring? Its a pretty standard kyb shock spring used on quite a few models fitment wise.

Walent215 the rates in looking for are .47 or .48 for the forks and a 5.6 for the rear but I'll text you anyway itll be coming from a 209 area code.

To anyone else that may have looked, thank you!

5.5 rear spring is all I got bud.
Honestly I can drop enough weight to easily make that work if I'm even 50% in shape ..... what would you like to get for it?

I'm not working consistently at the moment......however not riding due to my dangerously soft suspension is killing me too .... I'm off 5-6 rates on the fork and and 5-6 on the shock too! MOST bikes come at most 3 spring rates softer than the American market likes but it's usually less. I didn't realize how far I was off until looking into this further which explains some of the white knuckle experiences I've had after using clickers to compensate best I can.

It doesn't appear racetech sells a 5.5 as an option, walent215 you have a 5.5?

They list 5.4 and then 5.6 I'm cool with it if it is a 5.5 just want to be sure and I found my fork springs just gotta make a phone call in the morning to confirm if I should go .
