Cast lugs? Just coated stock stuff with stock internals?
Correct, cast lugs that have been polished and hard annodized. The Externals are coated KX250F, internals are CRF250 with a kit parts

I Believe stock 2012-2018 clamps
Would be 2013-2018 250f clamps. Forks changed from 47mm SFF in 2012 to the current 48mm SFF in 2013.

The outer tubes can be 54mm and 59,2mm even if 47,48 or 49mm. Measure your clamps

You said the externals are off a kx250f. I assumed you meant oem parts that are coated for the a-kit appearance. If that's the case they were the same from 09(maybe earlier)-12, then in 13-current they are slightly larger.

I have 2012 kxf forks on my 125 as well as 2013 kxf forks on my 250f...so I know they aren't the same...if your talking oem.
